Bone Broth

Bone broth can be a great tool for healing and nourishing your cells.

 

 

I cook mine in a crock pot for 2-3 days on low to ensure all the collagen and tendons have broken down, this is just one of the sources where anti-inflammatory properties come from.

If you think I'm eating or drinking bones and water, you're crazy. I season it with herbs. Yes, herbs have flavor.

 

This pot contains:

Chicken Feet, Onions, Garlic Oregano, Basil, Stinging Nettle, Dandelion Leaf, Hawthorn Leaf and Flower, Yellowdock Root, Gotu Kola, Lemons and Apples
